Shipping and returns

PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping

Products will be dispatched within 5 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated) with PostNL. I will not charge any shipping costs for orders above €50 in the Netherlands and €100  for the rest of the world. These orders will always be sent insured and  as recorded delivery and need to be signed for. In most cases it will not be possible to allocate a delivery day.  For orders below these amounts, you have the option to choose yourself if you want to include track & trace and insurance. 

Depending on where you live you may be subject to import fees/taxes which you will need to pay to receive your goods. 

I can not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of my control. I will try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

Please take care when entering your delivery address as I am unable to change this once the order has been dispatched. In this case you will need to contact the relevant courier yourself and this may result in a failed delivery and your order being returned.

Returns Policy

I do hope that your are very happy with your order.  If you are not, please get in touch immediately baring in mind returns will be at your expense unless the wrong order has been shipped. 

If you don’t feel happy with your goods, we will happily issue a replacement or refund if returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original and resealable condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure the safe return. All returned packages should be sent with a trackable service. We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items.

You can get in touch by e-mailing shop@evaeland.com directly, using the reply button on the e-mail with your order confirmation or filling out the contact form on the website. Please include your order number and full name unless you use the reply button. Messages sent via social media regarding your order will not be processed and will not be answered, as it’s difficult to identify the right order number and to keep track of messages that way. Thank you for your understanding.
