Shipping and returns


At the moment, shipping may take a bit longer than usual due to COVID (sometimes up to 4 months). Some countries may apply new rules concerning mail coming from other countries. Please check with your national postal services if you can receive mail from the Netherlands.


Products will be dispatched within 5 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Orders below 50 euros and smaller than A3 are posted by using regular mail from PostNL, unless you select another shipping method. Larger orders will be posted registered and with track and trace by default.

Proof of Postage is retained for each parcel sent. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.


Please note any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.

Returns Policy

I do hope that your are very happy with your order.  If you are not, please get in touch immediately. 


You can get in touch by e-mailing directly, using the reply button on the e-mail with your order confirmation or filling out the contact form on the website. Please include your order number and full name unless you use the reply button. Messages sent via social media regarding your order will not be processed and will not be answered, as it’s difficult to identify the right order number and to keep track of messages that way. Thank you for your understanding.

Order confirmations may take a few minutes to arrive in your Inbox. Please check your spam folder if it takes longer.
